Tom Jones

Abandoned as a baby, Tom Jones is adopted by a wealthy and compassionate widower, Squire Allworthy. Tom's childhood affection for Sophia Weston, a local landowner's daughter, slowly deepens into love. But Sophia is meant to marry the malevolent Blifil, who plots against Tom and gets him banished. The young lovers' paths are sure to cross however, as Tom sets off on a journey of adventure and mishap throughout England while Sophia tries to escape her destiny…
