The monograph analyzes the problems of investigating fraud, connected with the alienation of housing, from the point of view of criminalistic provision.The concept of criminalistic provision of investigation of crimes and the content of this type of criminalistic activity are considered. Scientific-methodological, organizational, technical and tactical-criminal measures aimed at improving the investigation of fraud related to the alienation of housing are proposed.
